Our Company Story

Egis was founded in 2019 to support entrepreneurs and business owners facing a common challenge: critical projects requiring expert attention, but hiring full-time wasn't viable and managing internally meant other priorities would slip.

We started by taking charge of projects for growing businesses that needed to outsource strategic initiatives due to limited time, expertise gaps, or logistical constraints. What began as serving Houston's entrepreneurial community quickly revealed a broader need: businesses at every stage struggle to execute strategic projects without dedicated project management expertise.

Over the past five years, we've worked with established businesses and franchise owners on strategic initiatives, including project delivery, process improvements, technology integrations, stakeholder management, and procurement optimization. Our leadership has also guided 75+ startups through product development and worked with clients to deliver 60+ technology products and digital solutions.

Egis Project Management is led by Nicholas Mbaezue-Daniel Jr., Principal Consultant, who brings over a decade of experience spanning Fortune 500 strategy, project management, 0 -1 product delivery, startup consulting, and business growth optimization.

Throughout his career, Nicholas has managed product portfolios generating billions in revenue, led platforms deployed across hundreds of thousands of enterprise production environments, consulted with 75+ startups at various stages of growth, and directed the delivery of 60+ custom technology products and digital solutions. This breadth of experience, from enterprise-scale infrastructure to early-stage ventures, enables Egis PM to serve clients with both strategic depth and practical execution capability.

What drives Nicholas is his belief that within every person lies the ingenuity to create solutions to critical problems. This conviction informs his personal mission: to serve entrepreneurship as a vehicle to uplift communities and create sustainable growth. Whether partnering with enterprise teams or guiding early-stage founders, his collaborative approach focuses on translating vision into execution while empowering others to succeed. This perspective (enterprise rigor combined with entrepreneurial reality and purpose) defines how we approach every client relationship.
